Steps to Switch to Multi-User Mode in QuickBooks Desktop

1. Firstly, open QuickBooks and then navigate to the File menu. 
2. Select Switch to Single-user Mode/Switch to Multi-user Mode.

Single User Mode is a mode where only a single user can open/access the company file at a time, or if another user tries to open the same file, they will encounter error messages like QuickBooks error code 6073, -99001.
